Designed and operationalised the client and partner engagement model, including onboarding frameworks, data contribution standards and pre-sales partner alignment, enabling scalable network participation and reducing integration friction across markets.

Introduced a new sub-custodian participant class, expanding coverage across 65+ markets through structured onboarding and data contribution standards, strengthening network completeness and resilience.

Institutional client transformation and network expansion

Led a Tier 1 asset manager relationship (>$12T AUM) alongside a multi-stream cross-business program across NEX. Removed a critical custodian dependency within a migration program, unlocking new message flows and enabling the creation of a new billable service line.
